1. Nature of the service

Swiss Fare Check is an independent planning tool that helps travellers make rough itinerary and transport-cost comparisons. Its current tools are route recommendations, pass comparison and calculation using official fares entered by the user.

2. No affiliation and trademarks

The site is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by SBB, Swiss Travel System, Jungfrau Railways or any official authority. Company names, product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification and explanation.

3. Estimates, not live data

Route recommendations and automatic comparisons use planning reference fares and discount rules stored on the site. They do not query live sale prices, seat availability, operating status, promotions or booking conditions. Manual calculations depend on the accuracy of fares you enter.

4. User responsibility

You are responsible for checking travel dates, passengers, routes, pass options and manually entered fares, and for treating results as planning guidance only. The site does not provide legal, financial or official transport advice.

5. No sales, reservations or paid entitlement

The site does not sell or issue tickets or passes and does not process reservations or payments. Support sent to the Toss account shown in the footer is voluntary and does not purchase a product, unlock functionality or guarantee any result. Transfers are governed by the financial service you choose.

6. Advertising and external services

The site may display Google AdSense advertising to help cover operating costs. Displaying or clicking an ad, or dealing with an advertiser, does not mean Swiss Fare Check recommends or endorses the advertised product or service. You must check the advertiser and its terms yourself.

Third-party sites such as SBB, operators, Google, Instagram and advertisers apply their own content, availability, terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for changes to or outages of those services or transactions between you and an advertiser. Advertising and analytics data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Prohibited use

You must not disrupt the site, bypass security, use it for unlawful or deceptive purposes, or reproduce its content and code at scale in a way that misrepresents a third-party service as Swiss Fare Check.

8. Service changes

Fare tables, rules and features may be changed or discontinued without prior notice for accuracy or operational reasons. Material policy changes are identified by the updated date on the relevant page.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for pricing differences, booking problems, travel disruption, cost or indirect loss caused by use of the site or reliance on its output. This does not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence where applicable.

10. Privacy

Calculator state and enquiry data are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law and contact

Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. We will first try to resolve disputes through discussion; unresolved disputes will be handled by a court with jurisdiction under applicable law.
